These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and gempak9 (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://gempak9.cam (the "Site") and all associated services, information, tools and content provided thereon.

By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any supplementary rules or bonus-specific conditions published on the Site. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Site.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version that may be made available for informational purposes only.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Site for the purpose of accessing gempak9 services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive offered by gempak9 subject to specific wagering or withdrawal conditions.

To register and maintain an Account on gempak9, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of gempak9 or any of its affiliated entities or service providers.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the Site that has been suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration

To access paid features of the Site, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form. You are obliged to keep this information up to date and to notify gempak9 promptly of any changes.

4.2 Single Account

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different identity, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts discovered by gempak9 may be closed without prior notice, and any balances or pending bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. gempak9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify gempak9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gempak9 may require you to complete an identity verification process at any stage, including before permitting withdrawals, processing large transactions or during routine compliance reviews. Documents typically requested include a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card, driving licence or passport), proof of residential address dated within three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and a selfie holding the identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in access restrictions or account closure.

4.5 Account Currencies

The primary transaction currency on gempak9 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be conducted at rates determined by gempak9 or its payment processors, and any applicable conversion costs are the responsibility of the User.

5.1 Deposits

You may fund your Account using payment methods made available by gempak9 from time to time. Available methods may include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and selected cryptocurrency networks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change. gempak9 may impose additional verification requirements for large or unusual deposits.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and confirmation that no security review is pending. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. gempak9 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment channel.

5.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity occurs for a period of 12 consecutive months. gempak9 may, following prior notification, apply a monthly administrative charge to inactive Account balances in accordance with applicable procedures. Users are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain active Account status.

gempak9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback schemes, referral rewards and other incentives to Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific requirements:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who have registered a verified Account.
• Each User is entitled to claim any specific promotion only once unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game-contribution percentages, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus will be set out in the promotion-specific terms and must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• gempak9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of artificial betting patterns, multi-accounting or collusion to exploit promotional terms, will result in bonus cancellation, balance adjustment and possible account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering conditions.

All casino games, sports markets, live dealer tables, poker variants and other wagering products available on the Site are subject to their individual rules, which are accessible within each game environment. By placing a Wager, you acknowledge and accept the rules applicable to that game or market.

• Once a Wager has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except where permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• gempak9 reserves the right to void Wagers placed in error, at incorrect odds, after an event has concluded or where a technical malfunction has affected the integrity of a game round.
• Wagers placed using funds obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means will be voided and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game session, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules and provider protocols.
• RTP values published for specific games represent theoretical long-term averages. Individual session results may vary significantly and do not guarantee a return to any individual player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Site and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to appropriate law-enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Site from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Site.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or pricing discrepancies for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider trading or coordinated betting strategies.
• Attempting to launder funds through Account deposits, wagers or withdrawals.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing gempak9 staff or other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, Account systems or underlying infrastructure.
• Reselling, transferring or assigning your Account or any part thereof to another person.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual material, interface designs, software and code, is the property of gempak9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display or otherwise use any such content without the prior written consent of gempak9.

The gempak9 name and brand identity are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of the gempak9 name, logo or associated marks in any commercial context is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gempak9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any game.
• Any loss of funds, data, profits or goodwill sustained in connection with your Account activity.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Site services due to maintenance, technical failure, regulatory requirement or circumstances beyond gempak9's reasonable control.
• Any third-party conduct, including payment-processor delays, telecommunications failures or device-level security breaches affecting your Account access.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, gempak9's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gempak9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive conduct is suspected or confirmed.
• A User fails to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to the User, gempak9 or third parties.
• A regulatory, legal or law-enforcement obligation requires account action.

Upon termination, any real-money Balance remaining in a verified Account will be returned to the User via an eligible payment method, subject to completion of outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and pending wager returns may be forfeited where the termination arises from a breach of these Terms.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting gempak9 support. Closure will be processed after any outstanding security or withdrawal reviews have been completed.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gempak9 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes informally and in good faith before resorting to formal proceedings.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the User and gempak9 agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediation process before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to protect legitimate interests.

gempak9 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through a prominent notice on the Site and, where feasible, by account notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Site following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Site and may request account closure in accordance with the process described in Section 12.
